PETER HAWKINS

Teams are an essential building block of organisations. However, great teamwork doesn't happen by chance. A cursory look at any high performing team will reveal that conscious thought and energy is being applied. High performing teams invest time to co-create purpose, build trust, engender mutual accountability and to decide how to engage with others. In our experience, all teams have the potential to achieve more.

  • Team Coaching
A programme that enhances ongoing dialogue and the collective performance of a team. Enables changes that are sustainable over the long term and resilient to the team's changing membership. Includes an initial diagnostic and a mix of 1 to 1 and team sessions, both on and off the job. A programme will usually take place over 12 to 18 months.
  • Team Development
A programme of workshops aimed at developing the skills of individuals within a team. Can be on or off-site and delegates will attend between three and nine days spread over a period of between six and nine months.
  • Team Facilitation
Facilitation of a process with the aim of working through and developing plans to tackle a particular 'live' problem, issue or process. Can be on or off-site and will usually be one or two days in duration.
  • Team building
Activity based, usually off-site, team event aimed at accelerating the bonding process within a team. Usually one or two days in duration.

What do our clients say about us?

I found the book Coaching Presence very interesting and useful; I am always interested in new ways of viewing the coaching intervention, and techniques for improving my practice, and I have found that the four modes of presence in Maria's model provide a different perspective when in a coaching or mentoring situation. I think this book would be useful to both newcomers and experienced coaches who are interested in looking at the coaching relationship from a different perspective, and seeing how/if the client could get more benefit from the session if the coach considered another type of presence. I am sure I will refer to this book often; a valuable addition to my collection.
