Maria Iliffe-Wood’s contribution to the coaching world is a must-read. The structure follows four coaching "modes", the Invisible, Emergent, Evident and Visible Coach Modes. These form a simple and inspired base for the developing coach, whilst at the same time not being simplistic. I recommend this book to all those interested in coaching.
