Even though I am an experienced coach, Coaching Presence took my coaching to a whole new level, my coaching now has a consciousness to it that just wasn’t there before & this is already having a positive impact on my clients.

I often find when reading coaching material it feels familiar, a model or concept that is being presented in a different way or being developed further, rarely do I find a totally new model but that’s what Maria offers in this book.

After each chapter Maria offers some Reflective Questions, these are like coaching sessions all on their own, they certainly got me digging around in my own coaching, thinking, pondering & ultimately coming out the other end with something better than I went in with. I couldn’t just read straight through the book I wanted to stop at the end of each chapter & do the self-discovery/self-development the questions provide, I loved the way they challenged me & what I was learning.

I have recommended this book to some of my clients as I don’t feel you need to be a coach to benefit from the wisdom the book offers.
